For this team project, we allocated roles and responsibilities to each member of the team to facilitate an organized approach for completion of a quality paper in a timely fashion. Our plan of communication is to keep in contact via text. We also created shared google documents for each step of our project for group members to collectively work. We plan to communicate at least once a week to touch base, provide constructive criticism and continually work on enhancing the content of our paper. We intend to hold one another accountable by monitoring each other’s progress on the shared google documents.  If it is determined that a member of the team is not adequately contributing to the paper we have established guidelines for conflict resolution. In the event that a member is not upholding their responsibilities we will approach the team member and assess if there are any barriers to timely completion and offer additional support/advice to aide in their contribution. If there is a situation where the conflict cannot be resolved we will include our professor in our discussion to further facilitate resolution of the problem. Individually we are each organized, communicatively our thoughts effectively and support each other. Therefore, I do not foresee any issues that will arise in producing a quality paper. By working as a team on this influence paper I think it will be beneficial to me in my nursing practice to work efficiently as a member of a team, manage issues that may arise and strengthen my knowledge of utilizing evidence-based research to further improve nursing practice.
